Puffy's Dispensary opened in Sturgis on 4/20/23. What a great opening day!
Kittrick Jefferies the owner of Puffy's has done a great deal of work for the Medical Cannabis Community. He spent a lot of time in Pierre and has worked hard on the path to achieve Safe Access for Medical Cannabis Patients. Kittrick now proudly provides a safe alternative to those who choose not to use harsh painkillers and other pharmaceuticals.
